Next generation Ski Brand
Manifesto - The story behind Simply.
What makes
Simply. unique?
Agility.
We work closely with First Track in Switzerland, a cutting-edge factory that allows us to produce skis in real-time, matching demand and minimizing stock. This enhances our business efficiency and reduces the risks associated with excess inventory.
Desirability.
Our unique Swiss Made products, rider-led marketing, and strong community enthusiasm generate high demand across Europe, the US, and Japan. This natural appeal attracts both individual customers and large retail players. Our clear and uncompromising brand positioning ensures long-term success.
Responsability.
Our commitment to eco-design and sustainable production ensures our skis are built to last and made with respect for the environment. Most importantly, with flexible production, we only produce what’s needed, not more.
A fast-tracked Launch
We made waves in the industry with one of the fastest ski brand launches on record. Within 7 months, from the initial business plan to the go-to-market strategy, we demonstrated our agility with the development and release of our unique product range, the Recreation. The overwhelmingly positive feedback we received confirmed that we struck the right chord.
Capitalizing on that success and along the Recreation., we launched a second range, the Carver., and finalized the development of a new range, the Celebration., set for release in the 2024-25 season. Today, our only limitation to product development is our creativity.
Key Achievements
Alongside our product achievements, we have laid some solid business foundations, including:
Deposit of 1 international trademark.
Active collaboration with 20 top creative profiles from our core community.
Release of 1 short movie, with a second movie set for release next autumn.
Development of 1 European e-commerce website with streamlined shipping solutions spanning 27 countries.
Opening of a network of 25 partner retail shops across the Swiss and French Alps.
Our efforts have garnered significant media attention, featuring in renowned international publications (Downdays, Newschoolers, Freeskier, RedBull Bulletin…) and credible local media (Bilan, PME Magazine, RTS, Le Nouvelliste…). Our engaging community events and strong presence on social media, CRM, and our website have fostered a loyal base of core clients.
To date, we have generated nearly 200’000 CHF in revenues, mainly across France and Switzerland. In addition to European expansion, we will be opening in the US and Japan for the 2024-25 season.
Development Objectives
Our short-term target is to sell 500 units next season (350’000 CHF in revenues), maintaining a lean cost structure to reach our break-even point. This target will ensure sustained organic and autonomous growth in the years to come.
In the long term, we aim to sell 4’000 units yearly by 2030, representing an estimated 3M CHF in yearly revenues and 1M in EBITDA. Achieving this will naturally increase our market cap, by up to six times its current value.
Our target fundraising goal is 500’000 CHF, representing 20% of our post-money market cap.
Risk & Reward
With a reasonable market cap today, your investment can generate significant ROI in a relatively short time. With our development objectives, we estimate an average annual growth rate (CAGR) of +30% between now and 2030.
However, we acknowledge the inherent risks. We’ve always been transparent with our investors: there is a risk of losing their investment. We commit to full transparency with them and with you, too.
To limit the risk, we identified some core elements we are working on:
Agile stock & management
Real-time production significantly lowers the risk associated with excess stock, freeing up resources for brand development and fueling long-term growth. Moreover, agility will help us quickly adapt to an unstable market, progressively gaining market share over our competitors.
“Swiss Made” business organization
Our robust management systems are already calibrated for future growth. Our committed and experienced management team is ready to face tomorrow’s challenges head-on. We have consistently found solutions to all problems encountered thus far.

What is the target amount to be raised?

The remaining amount (6%) will be kept in reserve. Detailed financial projections and budget breakdown will be provided to investors.
Operational capabilities and infrastructure are already set to absorb fast growth without additional investment.
What is the potential return on investment (ROI)?

Based on our long term projections, the 2024-2030 estimated CAGR (average annual growth rate of the investment) is of +30%. That means that the initial investment can be multiplied by up to 5x between today and 2030.
