Giveaway Policy

General

Simply. is the sole contractual partner of participants regarding their participation in the Giveaway.
There is no entry fee.
Participation is open worldwide to all individuals.
By participating, participants accept these Terms and Conditions.

How to enter

Entry steps:

Comment: Comment on the Giveaway post on Instagram or Facebook with “Quiver” and tag 2 friends you’d shred with.
Answer DM: After commenting, you’ll receive an automated direct message via ManyChat with the following steps:
– Consent to data processing (see Data Protection section below)
– Brief survey questions (e.g., favorite ski)
– Provide your email address
Done: After completing all steps, you’re entered.

Share our giveaway visual to your Instagram Story and tag @simplyrc.co
Each story share counts as one additional entry

Important:
  • Only complete entries (comment + fully completed DM questions including email) will be considered.
  • Each email address counts as one entry.

  • Entries via automated systems or bots are not permitted.
The Prize – The Complete Simply. Quiver
  • 1x Simply. Recreation (size of your choice)
  • 1x Simply. Celebration (size of your choice)
  • 1x Simply. Carver (size of your choice)
  • The prize consists of one ski per model to create the complete quiver. You cannot select multiple skis of the same model.
  • Total value: CHF 2,967 (989 × 3)
Important:
  • The prize cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for other products.
  • Shipping costs within [define Europe/worldwide/Switzerland] are included.
  • The winner is responsible for any local taxes or customs fees.
  • Ski sizes will be confirmed with the winner after the announcement.
Winner selection & announcement
  • The winner will be selected through a random draw among all valid entries.
  • The winner will be announced on November 3, 2025 via email and through our social media channels (@simplyrc.co).
  • The winner will additionally be contacted via email and must respond within 7 days to confirm the prize and provide sizing information.
  • If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the prize claim expires and a new winner will be drawn.
  • Legal recourse is excluded.
Data protection
  • The personal data provided (email address, name, survey responses) will be used by Simply. for conducting the Giveaway and for future marketing communications, including our newsletter.
  • By participating, you consent to receiving marketing communications from Simply. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • Your data will not be shared with external third parties for their own marketing purposes.
  • Your data will be stored in accordance with Swiss data protection laws and retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined above or as required by law.
  • You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time.

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law.
  • Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
