There is no perfect formula here. It pretty comes down to your style, what you want to ride and how you want to ride it. Click on the ski size of your choice on the right to show the corresponding height and weight ranges.

What we would recommend you based on your height and weight if you are in between two sizes – aim for the bigger size if you want stable skis. If you prefer super reactive skis, the smaller size would be better.

  • Next Core

Next Core© technology combines oriented high-density wooden stingers and lightweight wood. This fusion of materials breaks the boundaries between lightness and skiability, delivering exceptional reactivity, stability, and carving capabilities.

  • Base & Edges

The base of our ski is made of high-density polyethylene (sintered PE-UHWD), ensuring excellent glide performance and ease of maintenance. Additionally, our wider edges allow for more frequent sharpening, enhancing overall durability.

  • UV Printed topsheet

A minimalist design with transparency reduces the amount of ink used and provides a timeless appearance to the ski. The graphics are directly printed under the top sheet, ensuring durability. All printing processes are free from toxic solvents for better working conditions.

Enjoyment is great, but combining it with consciousness is even better. That’s why we’re committed to positively impacting the ski industry—not through words, but through actions. From influencing consumption habits with scaled production to full transparency in how and where we build—every step counts. This vision is becoming reality through our partnership with First Track Lab, a research & development hub that recently opened a ski factory near Verbier, Switzerland. From early prototypes to the final product, everything is made locally and assembled under one roof—by us. It’s the beginning of the change we want to see.

Tested & Loved.

Their first ride.

Super easy to manoeuvre, you can push it.

I definitely want it in my range of skis & can already see what it could bring to my skiing. It gave me the inspiration to play with the groomer & still have the most fun possible.

The carver is playful, easy to ski, less tiring, light on the feet, and easy to turn.

It still provides good pop if you push it (thanks to the NextCore), and it's agile. I really enjoyed the combination of its lightweight, ease of skiing, and sporty feel, making it less tiring.

Holds an edge and rails turns beautifully, yet still playful and rides switch well.

It can carve almost as well as my Salomon S/Race SL Pro, but I can still press, butter, and pop on the Simply Carver — so much fun for groomer sessions with some park mixed in.
I skied the 160cm (shorter than usual for me), which felt great for carving lower-angle slopes. It did get a little chattery at higher speeds, but that’s expected given the size. If you’re looking for a one-ski quiver for carving, I’d recommend going with your usual ski length.

All in all a great ski but sadly not what I'm looking for in a carving ski.

The Carver is quick on edge to edge and has a nice radius to it. It rebounds really nicely and encourages a "flowy" skiing. Sadly for a carving ski it's way to flimsy in my opinion. I know this shouldn't be your traditional carving ski but some more substance to it would definitely help to gain some more stability. The Carver is also described as following: "No matter the conditions and terrain." This is not true from my experience, in icy and hard conditions the ski would definitely struggle to grip up. Even the technician at the test said that the ski is not for icy conditions so this statement should be removed in my eyes. But to end on a positive note the build quality seems exceptional, nice thick edges and a nice base with some good structure to it.

Full transparency, I've never been a fan of carving - but this is something else.

Never ever have I thought I would consider buying a carver. But a few runs convinced me! Really fun to focus on curves and enjoy mellow runs and demanding ones. No matter the type of snow (or ice in my case) it's holding all the way through!

Love the skis! They carve about as well as my race skis in variable terrain. Yet I can ride them switch with ease, and has a lot of pop on jumps and side hits, while also being fairly stable.

Also able to press nose or tail with ease. It is amazing that simply could create skis like this one. I come from a long snowboarding back ground, and have been looking for skis that gives me the freedom to carve / butter / freestyle like some of my favorite snowboards, and I think I've found the one. The asym cut really makes a difference in utilizing both edges in carving, yet unhooks very naturally and easily for slashes or short turns. For comparison, very similar to the season kins which I've rode for a few seasons, but even better at every aspect of turning as well as freestyle. Don't do rails so can't give any opinions on that.

Incredible – It’s the piste ski I’ve enjoyed the most recently!

I was looking for a playful, lively, and responsive ski, and I wasn’t disappointed. Despite my size (1.82m), the 170 carver remained super precise and very stable, both in turns and at higher speeds. Tested the skis at 11:20 AM and bought them by 5 PM the same day!!!

FAQs

We are selling POMOCA skins which are pre-cut based on the model purchased – but you can use your own as well. We recommend cutting your skins for ski touring to use their full potential and for security reasons as well. Before heading out, we recommend checking the tail and nose fixing to be sure it fits correctly.

Sometimes Size matters (only sometimes though)
There is no perfect formula here. It pretty comes down to your style, what you want to ride and how you want to do it. But here is what we would recommend you based on your height and weight.

We have marked the optimal mounting position directly on the skis. We highly and only recommend mounting your skis using these marks.

No concerns at all! Laurent and everyone else in the club have skied all season long and never have they faced any issues. We also added reinforcement on both parts of the fish tail so you can leave your skis on any surface and don’t have to worry.

All the slopes are your playground. No matter the conditions and terrain. Trace your own curves and have fun doing it.

You can put any binding you want on the carver. From touring bindings to classic ski bindings, the choice is yours. We would recommend free touring over classic alpine bindings.
