There is no perfect formula here. It pretty comes down to your style, what you want to ride and how you want to ride it. Click on the ski size of your choice on the right to show the corresponding height and weight ranges.

What we would recommend you based on your height and weight if you are in between two sizes – aim for the bigger size if you want stable skis. If you prefer super reactive skis, the smaller size would be better.

  • Next Core

Next Core© technology combines oriented high-density wooden stingers and lightweight wood. This fusion of materials breaks the boundaries between lightness and skiability, delivering exceptional reactivity, stability, and carving capabilities.

  • Base & Edges

The base of our ski is made of high-density polyethylene (sintered PE-UHWD), ensuring excellent glide performance and ease of maintenance. Additionally, our wider edges allow for more frequent sharpening, enhancing overall durability.

  • UV Printed topsheet

A minimalist design with transparency reduces the amount of ink used and provides a timeless appearance to the ski. The graphics are directly printed under the top sheet, ensuring durability. All printing processes are free from toxic solvents for better working conditions.

Enjoyment is great, but combining it with consciousness is even better. That’s why we’re committed to positively impacting the ski industry—not through words, but through actions. From influencing consumption habits with scaled production to full transparency in how and where we build—every step counts. This vision is becoming reality through our partnership with First Track Lab, a research & development hub that recently opened a ski factory near Verbier, Switzerland. From early prototypes to the final product, everything is made locally and assembled under one roof—by us. It’s the beginning of the change we want to see.

Tested & Loved.

Their first ride.

An ideal model for the piste, great for both big turns and short turns.

If you’re used to giant slalom or slalom skis, their lightness might be surprising at first, but you get used to it very quickly.

It felt like floating—almost like I was gliding over the piste in big carved turns.

I tested the Carver on groomed runs (soft snow) with a light 5cm layer of fresh powder.

At moderate speeds, the ski performs beautifully: great edge grip, smooth and precise turn initiation—a real pleasure, soft and effortless.

However, when I tried pushing it harder (over 70–80km/h), I felt less secure. In my opinion, the skis lack the stiffness needed to handle high speeds effectively (my reference point is another Swiss brand known for their extremely dynamic skis with exemplary responsiveness).

For my style of skiing, these Carvers are fantastic for relaxed cruising, but a bit less suited for really aggressive riding.

These skis are just amazing, a real gem for carving,

It's truly impressive to see how it's possible to tilt with the skis and how easily they allow carving. Already looking forward to trying the Recreation ones next week in Avoriaz.

Super easy to manoeuvre, you can push it.

I definitely want it in my range of skis & can already see what it could bring to my skiing. It gave me the inspiration to play with the groomer & still have the most fun possible.

The skis were cool. I enjoyed buttering and flexing them. On nice groomers they skied well and the short turn radius was fun. However, sometimes I felt they were too soft. For a carver I struggled to trust the ski at higher speeds when I wanted to really lean into my turns. The conditions were also not ideal it was icy and a little choppy. It is a fun ski, however, it felt like it was trying to be two different skis at once at times. Unfortunately, I would personally look for something a bit stiffer in a ski I would use for carving. Not to say it was a bad ski, just not the ski for me.

The All-mountain option (I believe Celebration) could be a cool ski I would enjoy more though if it is as soft as the carver.

Cool brand and cool skis :)

Playful, responsive, and easy to unload.

I find that the ski really allows you to grip in turns, whether you're being patient or demanding. And it's easy to unload. I really like the rebound at the end of the turn that gives the impression of accelerating.

All in all a great ski but sadly not what I'm looking for in a carving ski.

The Carver is quick on edge to edge and has a nice radius to it. It rebounds really nicely and encourages a "flowy" skiing. Sadly for a carving ski it's way to flimsy in my opinion. I know this shouldn't be your traditional carving ski but some more substance to it would definitely help to gain some more stability. The Carver is also described as following: "No matter the conditions and terrain." This is not true from my experience, in icy and hard conditions the ski would definitely struggle to grip up. Even the technician at the test said that the ski is not for icy conditions so this statement should be removed in my eyes. But to end on a positive note the build quality seems exceptional, nice thick edges and a nice base with some good structure to it.

FAQs

We are selling POMOCA skins which are pre-cut based on the model purchased – but you can use your own as well. We recommend cutting your skins for ski touring to use their full potential and for security reasons as well. Before heading out, we recommend checking the tail and nose fixing to be sure it fits correctly.

Sometimes Size matters (only sometimes though)
There is no perfect formula here. It pretty comes down to your style, what you want to ride and how you want to do it. But here is what we would recommend you based on your height and weight.

We have marked the optimal mounting position directly on the skis. We highly and only recommend mounting your skis using these marks.

No concerns at all! Laurent and everyone else in the club have skied all season long and never have they faced any issues. We also added reinforcement on both parts of the fish tail so you can leave your skis on any surface and don’t have to worry.

All the slopes are your playground. No matter the conditions and terrain. Trace your own curves and have fun doing it.

You can put any binding you want on the carver. From touring bindings to classic ski bindings, the choice is yours. We would recommend free touring over classic alpine bindings.
